Inside the Material Koncept<\/a><\/strong> showroom in Munich, every material is carefully selected for its ability to create a unique aesthetic and sensory experience. For this project, Pyrolave<\/strong> crafted a bespoke glazed lava stone basin<\/strong> in a deep blue shade developed through an exclusive color research process<\/a><\/strong>, perfectly complementing the design vision imagined by Material Koncept.<\/p>\n\n

Paired with the warmth of natural oak and the mineral texture of dark ceramic tiles, the glazed lava stone basin<\/strong> becomes a true architectural feature. Its glazed surface reveals exceptional depth, evolving with the changing light to display subtle variations between midnight blue and mineral reflections.<\/p>\n\n

Thanks to its non-porous surface, resistant to scratches, heat, UV exposure, and household cleaning products, glazed lava stone<\/strong> is perfectly suited to high-end bathroom environments while offering unlimited creative possibilities through Pyrolave’s exclusive color development expertise.<\/p>\n\n

Crafted from Volvic lava stone, each basin is shaped and hand-glazed in our French workshops using a traditional process perfected over more than forty years.<\/p>\n\n

The natural crazing of the glaze gives every piece its own distinctive texture and visual richness, revealing the full depth of the color as it catches the light. Each creation is therefore entirely unique, designed to stand the test of time while enhancing contemporary living spaces.<\/p>\n\n
